Payment Policy

Medical services are provided and billed by Dr. Yam and Dr. Iem. Our providers participate in most of the major health insurance plans in the region. Following are the health plans which we currently accept. If your plan is not listed, we will be happy to check for eligibility.  Simply bring us your insurance card and one of our staff will be able to inform you whether we accept your plan or not. Please be aware that with any health plans, there may be deductibles and copayments for which you are responsible.
